Brrr! It’s getting chilly out! It is already starting to feel a little bit like winter here in New York. Everyone has turned in their light jackets for coats and have started cuddling up in hats and scarves to guard themselves from what’s to come. Although winter does not begin until December 21st, I have (of course) already trolled endlessly on the internet for items to add to my winter wardrobe. Here are some of the items on my Winter Wishlist that you may find helpful:
Since it’s going to be my first winter here in New York City, I’m nearing towards scarves that will keep me as warm as possibl
Winter hats are my favorite accessories of the season; they keep you warm and can always add a little spice to your look. Like scarves, it’s good to have some basics, but it’s even better to have originals!
You only need one pair of gloves for everyday use to keep you warm, so why not make sure they’re good quality? Spending more than $30 on a pair of gloves might sound ridiculous, but it’s worth it in the long run (especially when you can text in them!).
I love coats; they are simply the best. What I tend to do for coats is make sure that I have at least one that will keep me warm in the coldest of cold weathers, and then some others that might not keep me as warm, but add some style to my outfit.
Keeping your little toes warm will keep you warm in the long run. Luckily, this does not mean that you have to sacrifice style.
So, that’s my Winter Wishlist! Winter is one of the prettiest seasons of the year, but if you’re not prepared, you’re doomed. That being said, I hope it’s been helpful for you and your future efforts to stay warm in the upcoming season.
